Info

I am an Atlassian consultant at Swarmit, working with Swiss companies in regulated industries. My focus sits where Atlassian environments get demanding: Data Center in air-gapped setups, ITSM processes along ITIL, Kerberos and SSO, complex upgrade cycles, and automation that measurably reduces manual effort.

I have moved through the Atlassian ecosystem for six years: starting as a product owner on the inside, today as a consultant on the customer side. What shaped me most in that time: the best solutions come not from the widest selection of tools, but from clean processes and automation that genuinely fits the working day.

What else interests me: automation platforms like n8n, design from web design through UI to UX, and the question of how AI tools fit sensibly into existing consulting and ITSM workflows without creating more effort in the end than before.

What I work with

AI and automation

Rovo, n8n and MCP integrations for repetitive work.

ITSM and ESM

Process design, roll-outs and ongoing work on Jira Service Management, including beyond IT.

Data Center operations

Upgrades, SSO and Kerberos, air-gapped environments with Marketplace restrictions.

Asset management

Building a CMDB on Jira Assets, including external data sources.

Enablement

Training for admins and power users, so adoption does not stall after go-live.

Development and design

Web presence from infrastructure to surface: front end and back end, UX and UI in Figma, hosting, SEO and performance.
